Finding A Way Or Making One

The Industry Advisory Committee (IAC) brings together experienced leaders from across the defense and innovation ecosystem to help guide D!NG’s mission. IAC Members are asked to share their experience, knowledge, and perspective on a wide range of industry topics, such as:

• Workforce development

• Venture capital and investment trends

• Ecosystem growth and collaboration

• Emerging technologies and innovation strategies

Participation is flexible and designed to fit the busy schedules of our members. Contributions may come through:

• Attending quarterly Board or IAC meetings

• Participating in select D!NG events and workshops

• Providing feedback and insight in whatever way is most practical

While the IAC does not hold voting power, its members serve as trusted advisors to the Board of Directors and Executive Director. Each member is selected as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)—either for their region or for a specific focus area critical to D!NG and the broader defense innovation ecosystem.

By sharing their expertise, IAC Members play a vital role in shaping the future of defense innovation, supporting our entrepreneurs, and strengthening the ecosystem across the Midwest, Nationally and Globally.
